Cosmos Brewing is a Minnesota based brewery specializing in craft beers. They approached us in 2015 to develop a new website for them since they didn’t have any web presence at all. The site needed to be space themed to stay in line with their name and branding, and after an initial discussion we decided some cool animations would really make the site pop.
Cosmos wanted something flexible for design, but the site didn’t need any consistent content updates, so we used Jekyll, a static site builder that takes raw text files and converts them into a ready-to-publish site. We then trained the on-staff designer at Cosmos to maintain the site for any changes it may need.
