CheckUp & Choices is a free survey screener designed to give users feedback on their alcohol consumption habits. Featured on NPR, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Men’s Health Magazine, CheckUp & Choices offers an objective, non-judgmental screening course that allows you to consider what, if anything, you may want to change about your drinking. It offers resources and tools on how to cut back or stop drinking altogether based on your feedback, and can reduce the chance of relapse.
CheckUp & Choices has a B2C web application, but needed a customer-facing marketing website to promote the app. After our initial discovery with CheckUp & Choices and what they wished to accomplish with the marketing site, we built custom wireframes and high-resolution mockups to ensure the design and navigation of the site would be accessible for multiple users. Once we received approval on the design, we began the development process, incorporating our own custom plugins and JavaScript to extend WordPress’s functionality.
The site functions as a vital part of the CheckUp & Choices conversion funnel – end-users are directed to a substance-specific path, where they can begin their selected program.
